At J. David Peña & Associates, a consultation is an in-depth interview between a prospective client and an experienced immigration attorney. During the consultation, an experienced immigration lawyer will spend up to one hour with the client to define the client's immigration issues, answer the client's questions and explain in depth how we will solve the client?s immigration problems Our Consultation fee is $250. If you retain our law firm within 5 business days of your consultation, we will be happy to credit the entire consultation fee toward the legal fees of your case.
